Sexy & Successful - ROHAN OZA
Chief Marketing Officer, Glacéau

The business gene is evident in Rohan Oza. He began his career as a manufacturing manager at Mars M&M’s, and was recruited at the age of 20 as the youngest manager to enter the company’s prestigious management development program. In 1997, he took over management for that yummy chocolate bar Snickers, which was the second largest product line in Europe. Oza’s first giant leap was his move to Coca-Cola that same year. He was in charge of the advertising campaigns for Sprite’s hip hop platform, leveraging NBA players and the status of the drink itself. Oza joined Glacéau in 2002 as the senior vice president of marketing, leading the way for vitaminwater. That same year, he was featured on the cover of Brandweek as one of their top ten marketers. His career came full circle in 2007 when The Coca-Cola Company purchased Glacéau. Oza has worked with many celebrity endorsers, including athletes Kobe Bryant, Tom Brady and Venus Williams, as well as A-listers such as 50 cent, Alicia Keys and Jennifer Aniston. Oza holds a degree in operations management from Nottingham University and an MBA from University of Michigan.
